A small firm that draws every job before it builds it
Lockett Attic & Suite Co. is six people who work on row houses in Philadelphia, and almost nothing else.
Beulah Lockett grew up in a row house in West Philadelphia and has spent her working life making small spaces usable. She draws every sketch herself, and she is on the visit. The rest of us build what she draws, and we tell her when the drawing and the house disagree.
